Detangling Your Hair!

How to Detangle Your Hair at Home

Detangling your hair is an effective and gentle way to remove knots and tangles without causing breakage. Here’s how to do it:

1. Divide Hair into Sections: Use clips to separate your hair into smaller, manageable sections.

2. Start with a Detangling Spray: Lightly mist your hair using the spray bottle. Avoid detangling on dry hair to prevent breakage.

Work within each small section and spray a generous amount in roots to soften clumps or buildup caused by braids and extensions. Also focus on the mid-lengths and ends where tangles are most common.

4. Work from Ends to Roots: Using your fingers or a comb, gently detangle each section, starting from the ends and gradually moving upward toward the roots.

5. Be Patient: For stubborn knots, apply more detangler and use your fingers to gently loosen them before combing.

6. Finish and Style: Twist or Braid all sections into a minimum of 4 sections to keep hair detangled until shampoo.

This method not only detangles but also hydrates and softens your hair for a smooth, manageable finish.
